Nashville Recording Artist, Sam Schmidthuber, a gifted singer and performer, has been performing at different venues since the age of 9. Sam won the 2016 PA Farm Show Has Talent Contest for vocals, and returned in 2017, 2018 and 2019 to sing The National Anthem.
Sam’s first EP "Must Be", was recorded in Nashville during the summer of 2016. The EP was released Oct. 2, 2016. He had an awesome time performing during CMA Fest week in 2017 and recorded a new single "Unsung", while he was in town. "Unsung" soon charted at #1 on Georgia's WAAK 94.7 FM. During a break in November 2018, Sam returned to Nashville to record his newest single "Weren't to Me." All of his music is available at shows, through his website, on iTunes and most digital platforms.
Sam was nominated for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Josie Music Awards for Young Adult Vocalist of the Year and Young Adult Artist of the Year.
Some highlights of Sam’s career have included performing at the 2017 WIOV 105.1 FM (PA) Turkey Hill Fall Fest prior to Trace Adkins, and returning the following year (2018) on the main stage, as one of the openers for Rodney Atkins, David Lee Murphy, Mitchell Tenpenny and Trent Harmon. Another highlight was performing at the 2018 Citadel Country Spirit USA event in PA, prior to Jake Owen and Brad Paisley among others.
2019 has also been an exciting year for Sam. In June, he performed on The Music City Hayride Show in Nashville, and signed a recording contract with Century ll Records in Nashville, TN. He is currently working on new music.
